NanaGrams Deals is a custom gift and merchandise business located in Anderson, Indiana, United States. We offer ready-made products and personalized creations through this website and may also arrange local pickup.
Website use and customer accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a form, creating an account, or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated systems to scrape the site, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because screens, materials, printing, engraving, sublimation, handmade processes, wood grain, and other production factors vary, actual colors, placement, texture, size, or finish may differ slightly from photographs, previews, or mockups. These normal variations are not defects.
Products, materials, colors, and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, customization charges, and other disclosed fees are added before you complete checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. Payment must be successfully authorized before production or fulfillment begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom work may require additional information, a quote, payment, and approval of a design proof. Production time begins after all required information, usable files, payment, and approval have been received.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing names, dates, spelling, measurements, colors, placement, and all other details shown in a proof. Once you approve a proof or production begins, changes may not be possible and may require an additional charge. NanaGrams Deals is not responsible for errors that appeared in an approved proof or in information supplied by you.
Mockups and digital proofs are visual guides. Final colors and placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, item shape, material, and production method.
Customer-supplied content
You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, text, logos, names, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant NanaGrams Deals a limited permission to copy, resize, edit, format, and otherwise use it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, produce, and support your requested item.
You represent that you own the submitted content or have permission to use it and that our requested use will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may refuse content or orders that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.
Design services and intellectual property
The NanaGrams Deals name, logo, website copy, original graphics, mockups, templates, product photographs, and designs created by us remain our property or the property of their respective licensors unless we agree otherwise in writing. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially use that design.
Custom design fees cover the agreed design and production work for your order. Editable source files and commercial reproduction rights are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Ready-made orders may be canceled only before they enter fulfillment. Custom or personalized orders may be canceled before design or production work begins; however, completed design work, special-order materials, and other costs already incurred may be nonrefundable. Once production has begun, a custom order generally cannot be canceled.
Shipping and delivery
Any production or delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly guarantee it in writing. We will ship within the timeframe stated for the order or, if no timeframe is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you and provide the options required by law, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the affected unshipped order for a refund.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or refused or unclaimed package may be charged to you where permitted by law. Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery are governed by applicable law and the carrier’s terms. Please contact us promptly about a missing or damaged shipment so we can assist with a carrier claim or other appropriate resolution.
Local pickup
If local pickup is offered, pickup details will be arranged after the order is ready. Please do not arrive until you receive confirmation. Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe. Contact us if you need to change an appointment or authorize another person to collect your order.
Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, they are generally final sale and cannot be returned because of a change of mind, an error in customer-supplied information, or a detail shown in an approved proof. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order because of our error, contact us within seven days of delivery or pickup at orders@nanagramsdeals.com. Include your order information and clear photographs when applicable. Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace, remake, or refund the affected item.
Unused, non-personalized ready-made items may be eligible for return if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, it must be returned unused and in its original condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Certain clearance, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, digital, or specially sourced items may not be returnable when that restriction was disclosed before purchase.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes are subject to their stated dates and conditions, have no cash value, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or a clear technical or pricing error.
