Yes. A NanaGrams Deals gift card is a good option when you want to give something personal but let the recipient help choose the final creation. Gift cards are available through the online shop.

For custom-designed pieces, a digital proof or mockup is typically provided before production when applicable. You will be able to review names, dates, wording, layout and the overall look before approving it.

Please carefully check spelling, names, dates, punctuation, colors and layout. Your approval confirms that the details shown are correct. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

In many cases, yes. Clear, high-resolution files give the best results. You must own the image or have permission to use it. I may recommend a different file or adjustments when the original is blurry, too small or unsuitable for the chosen method.

I can use inspiration to understand the style, colors or general direction you like, but I will not duplicate another creator’s protected design exactly. We can create an original version that feels personal to you.

Reasonable revisions needed to finalize the original concept are usually included. A major change in direction or repeated revisions beyond the original request may require an additional design fee. Any added cost will be explained before work continues.

Turnaround depends on the product, design complexity, material availability and current order volume. You will receive an estimated timeline before the order is finalized. Production time begins after payment, final details and approval are received.

Rush orders may be possible when materials and scheduling allow. Share your exact need-by date as early as possible. A rush fee may apply, and faster shipping does not shorten the design or production time.

Earlier is always better, especially before Christmas, graduations, weddings and vendor events. Ordering ahead allows time for design approval, production and delivery without unnecessary stress.

Payment is generally required before custom design work or production begins. Larger or more complex projects may have different arrangements, which will be explained clearly in your quote.

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are generally not returnable or refundable after design work or production has begun. If I made an error or the item arrives damaged, contact me promptly so I can review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

Many products can be shipped within the United States. Shipping cost depends on the size, weight, packaging and destination. Fragile, oversized or specialty items may be limited to local pickup.

Small variations are a natural part of handmade work. Wood grain, slate texture, color transfer, placement and material tone may vary slightly from the digital proof or product photo. These differences help make each piece unique.

Care depends on the material and production method. Any special instructions will be included or explained with your order. Unless specifically described otherwise, avoid dishwashers, prolonged soaking, harsh chemicals and extreme heat.
