QUESTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME

Before We Create Together

Custom orders naturally come with questions. Here are clear answers about ideas, designs, pricing, timing, payment, pickup, shipping, and what happens after you submit a request.

GETTING STARTED

Your Idea

You do not need to arrive with every detail figured out. These answers explain how we turn a starting point into a workable custom project.

Not at all. A person, occasion, favorite color, photograph, phrase, or general feeling is enough to begin. Laura will help you work through the product, design, and details.

Possibly—and new ideas are always welcome. The website is inspiration, not a complete catalog. Submit your idea and Laura will explain what is possible.

Reference images can help explain your style, but copyrighted artwork and another creator’s original design cannot simply be copied. Laura can use the inspiration to develop something appropriately original for you.

Describe the recipient, purpose, budget, and needed date. Laura can recommend product options that make sense for your idea.

MAKING IT YOURS

Design & Personalization

Personalization is where your story enters the design. Careful review helps make sure those important details are right.

Yes. Important custom design details will be shared for your approval before production begins.

Reasonable revisions can be discussed during the approval stage. Major direction changes or repeated redesigns may affect pricing or timing and will be explained before proceeding.

Enter personalization carefully on the request form. Please check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and dates. The confirmed design should also be reviewed closely before approval.

Usually, yes, when the file quality and product allow it. You must have permission to use anything you submit. Clear, high-resolution originals generally produce the best result.

Screen settings and production methods can cause some color variation. Laura will aim for the requested palette, but exact screen-to-product matching cannot always be guaranteed.

COST AND COMMITMENT

Pricing & Payment

Custom pricing depends on more than the blank item. Design time, materials, size, quantity, and complexity all play a part.

Pricing varies by product, size, materials, quantity, design complexity, and personalization. Your request form includes a comfort range so Laura can suggest realistic options.

No. The form is an inquiry only. It does not create a final order, guarantee availability, or collect payment.

Payment timing and accepted methods will be explained when the project details and prices are confirmed. Work does not begin until full payment has been made.

The confirmed price remains based on the agreed scope. Changes to size, quantity, materials, personalization, design direction, delivery, or deadline may change the price, but this will be discussed first.

Yes, depending on the product, quantity, and timeline. Submit the business or event details so availability and pricing can be reviewed.

FROM REQUEST TO FINISHED PIECE

Timing & Production

Custom work takes planning. Earlier requests provide more room for design, materials, revisions, and production.

Custom orders typically take approximately 5 business days after the design is approved and full payment is received. Processing time may vary depending on the product, design complexity, material availability, current order volume, and season. If materials must be ordered, additional time may be needed. Your estimated completion time will be discussed before your order is confirmed.

Sometimes, but it depends on the item and current workload. Rush availability is never guaranteed and may involve an additional fee.

The date helps Laura determine whether the project is realistic and whether pickup or shipping time must be included. A needed-by date is not confirmed until Laura accepts the timeline.

Once you approve the design and full payment has been received, production will begin according to the agreed-upon plan. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and could affect the price or completion time. If a change is approved after production has begun, additional fees may apply.

GETTING IT TO YOU

Pickup, Shipping & Care

Delivery options depend on the product. Some pieces are easy to ship, while others are better suited to local pickup.

Local pickup may be available in the Anderson, Indiana area. The specific arrangements will be confirmed for your order.

Shipping is available for eligible items. Cost and availability depend on the product, size, weight, destination, and needed date.

Production and carrier transit are separate. If your order is being shipped, both need to be considered when confirming the needed-by date.

Contact NanaGrams promptly and keep the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Clear photos may be needed to review the damage and determine the available next step.

Care depends on the material and production method. Any important handling, cleaning, display, or washing guidance will be provided with the item when applicable.

Your Question May Be as Unique as Your Idea

If you do not see your answer here, send a message. Asking a question does not obligate you to place an order.
