Refund & Return Policy – NanaGrams Deals
At NanaGrams Deals, we specialize in custom-made products that are uniquely designed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our offerings, we have a strict no refund and no return policy on all custom items once final approval has been given and production has begun.
Custom & Personalized Products (Physical and Digital)
All custom-made items—whether printed and shipped or delivered digitally—are non-refundable and non-returnable once the final proof has been approved by the customer.
Here’s how it works:
After placing your order, we will communicate directly with you and provide digital previews or proofs of your item.
You’ll have the opportunity to review and request changes before final approval.
No product is printed or finalized until you provide written approval (via message or email).
Once final approval is given and production or digital delivery begins, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to:
Framed photo gifts
Custom trading cards, certificates, invitations, comic covers, etc.
Digital-only downloads or customized files
If you notice a mistake after approval that was present in the approved proof, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or free reprint. However, if the error was ours, we will make it right.
Non-Custom Products
On rare occasions, NanaGrams Deals may offer non-custom, ready-to-ship items. In such cases, we offer a 30-day return policy:
Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
A full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged.
Digital Products (Download-Only, No Personalization)
All digital products that are delivered automatically or via download and do not involve customization are non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure you read the item description carefully before purchasing.
Orders Placed Through Third-Party Marketplaces
If you purchase a NanaGrams Deals product through a third-party platform (such as Etsy, Amazon, etc.), the above policies still apply unless otherwise stated in that platform’s terms. We always aim to provide excellent service and transparency, regardless of where your order was placed.
Right to Refuse Orders
NanaGrams Deals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the rare case that your order is refused after payment has been made, you will:
Receive prompt communication explaining the reason for the refusal, and
Be issued a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your physical order arrives damaged or with an error that was not present in the approved proof, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will address such issues on a case-by-case basis and make every effort to resolve them fairly.
